BlueVault is made by BlueGuard Security LLC. For help with the Mac app or the iPhone and iPad app, write to pwright@bluetoothdefense.com. A person reads every message. Never send a master password or the contents of an item; we will never ask for them.
Use Sign in with Apple in the app. Any Apple ID works and the account is created the first time you sign in. The app then asks you to choose a master password of at least 12 characters.
Your items are encrypted on your device with a key made from your master password, and the service holds only ciphertext. We cannot reset a master password or recover a vault. Keep the recovery sheet the app offers when the vault is created.
After repeated wrong master passwords the vault refuses further attempts for 15 minutes. Wait, then try again.
BlueVault Pro is billed by Apple. To cancel or change it, open App Store settings, choose your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. On the Mac, the subscription sheet is under BlueVault Pro in the BlueVault menu.
On the Mac choose Vault, then Delete Account, and confirm. The account, every item, every encrypted attachment and the wrapped keys are removed from the service. Nothing can be recovered afterwards. An Apple subscription has to be cancelled separately in App Store settings.
